Where we ship We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Delivery times

• Netherlands: 2–5 business days
• Rest of the EU: 5–7 business days (often faster)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen carrier. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Risk of loss Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist.
